Potential Denial of Service Attack Vulnerability on Meridian/CS 1000

Before taking any action please ensure that you are viewing the latest official version of this security advisory by referencing http://www.nortel.com/securityadvisories Nortel has been made aware of a potential Denial of Service attack to the CS 1000 M media cards. We have investigated this issue and recommend that Meridian/CS 1000 customers apply the MPLR 23899 patch as protection from attacks of this type.
