The Qualified Sales Professional program is an initiative aimed at ensuring Nortel channel partner teams enhance and maintain their knowledge of Nortel Enterprise Products and Solutions.
These courses are offered free of charge, including online learning modules and an associated eExam available 24 hours a day. The successful completion of these exams is linked to the Partner Accreditation program (NA) and Partner Advantage program (NA) requirements, the Accreditation component of the Nortel Partner Programme (EMEA), or the Product Authorisation component of the nPower Partner Program (ASIA).
